What is Property Styling?

Prices listed are inclusive of GST.   

The prices are for property styling projects within the Mornington Peninsula shire boundaries.

We can style property located further away however it may attract an additional fee as charged by our logistics contractors.  As a result these jobs would be quoted on a case by case basis.

Other factors may also affect the pricing for instance, property with difficult access that involves lifting furniture over balconies and more than two flights of stairs to access an apartment (without a lift) may also incur some additional fees and charges.  

Speak with your Property Stylist for any clarification.  

Sometimes, we may advise that the layout of your property and its rooms may require additional pieces if rooms are oversized or unusually shaped.   These additional costs would be identified during your site inspection and your quotation would be modified accordingly.

However, the above inclusions are at our discretion.  This is because, the primary considerations are what, in our professional advice, best suits your property, combined with a consideration of available stock at any given time.

Our Property Styling Process

After you contact us we will ask some questions to kick things off.  Then we offer either an onsite assessment and quotation or, based on available information which is often past listings or a floorplan, offer to prepare a desktop estimate as an alternative. It all depends on what stage you are in the property sale process and what you feel most comfortable with. For example, sometimes our clients contact us right before their scheduled photo shoot and others contact us weeks and months in advance for early advice and planning.  Ultimately the latter is the ideal situation as we get the opportunity to ensure that you:

  • Get the presentation of your property right
  • Have reassurance along the way that the changes you are making are the ones most likely to have a reliably high return on investment and
  • Arrive across the finish line with a successful and swift sale
